Service Description

This class will teach students the basics of sewing including how to use the sewing machine. This includes: -Threading and bobbin making -Machine parts -Understanding what each pressure foot can do -Pattern layouts -Sewing terminologies -Different types of fabrics - Sample creation for their sewing book Projects will include pants with an elastic band (PJ's) and a flap bag (if time allows). Please note: Students are allowed to make up 1 missed class by attending on another day or participating in an Open Sew session. SewFabulous is closed for Federal Holidays- if a holiday falls on your class you are welcome to attend the Open Sew session for that month for free. Open Sew sessions are held every 3rd Sunday.
